We proudly offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped using carriers selected by Griqos. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 7-14 days, up to 25-30 days in some very rare cases.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns
By placing an order on Griqos.co, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us if you are not happy with your purchase. In the case your product is damaged due to shipment or manufacturing error, we will issue you a full refund or send you a brand new package. Please refer to our refund policy for further information.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Gricos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking page. Customs & Import Fees
